Research Description
Determine transportation applications, associated performance requirements and ways forward to have service level interoperability between direct and networked V2X.
What we hope to learn:
• Applications and requirements for heterogeneous air interfaces to work in tandem. • A consensus Venn diagram of applications that work for direct-only, networked-only or both communications interfaces. • With the Venn diagram, a path to interoperability where both communications interfaces work.
