Research Description
Create a clearinghouse of TSMO strategy evaluations so there is one place where practitioners can go to learn about the potential effectiveness of TSMO strategies and better assess the likely impacts of their own potential deployments. The evaluations could be formal studies, modeling analyses, before-and-after measurements, or other documented approaches. Determine key characteristics and data elements to include in each entry to enable sorting, searching, and grouping. Develop a categorization approach that would group results based on relevant characteristics to enable synthesis of multiple entries by users. Assess the potential for developing an operations version of crash modification factors.
